Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a program that our company Junior Achievement of Central Indiana Inc, will be offering. This program is called JA EduSpark. The program is for teachers, counselors and school administrators to learn first hand about companies and industries that have careers in-demand in the future and what it will take to prepare their students to be successful on a job in their future. The program will help educators get connected to local businesses and will provide an opportunity for educators to tour local businesses and learn about the skills needed and jobs available for when their students graduate. Teachers will network with business professionals and will experience hands-on career activities that their students will participate in as well. This program will connect schools and businesses at a variety of events and offerings (company tours, guest speakers, networking opportunities, etc.) that will allow schools and businesses to come together to prepare students for a successful future. This experience will allow teachers to take what they learned at business tours and incorporate it into the curriculum they teach students. This will help teachers be able to connect academics and real world of work. They can teach math and science and English and weave into their curriculum career readiness and make connections for students to what is being learned and how that will apply when their students graduate and become employed. We would like to see designs that use the colors in the attached color palette - the green, light green and orange. The gray can be used, but the main focus should be green, light green and orange. The final design should communicate that teachers will learn about industries and jobs, they will get to know local businesses and tour these businesses and how to weave that information into what they are teaching students so students will connect school and work be prepared for a future career.

Must have

• Must have the program name JA EduSpark (written exactly like that with a capital E and capital S and EduSpark is one word)). Must include an icon or design that conveys connection between education and industry/business. Must have our corporate colors green, light green and orange as included on attached color pallet. Green that is not shown below on the color wheel, but is included on attached color palette.

Nice to have

• Three versions of the logo
• One with just JA EduSpark
• One with JA EduSpark and the tagline Where Education Meets Industry
• One with JA EduSpark and the tagline Industry Tours

Should not have

• Any colors other than what has been provided on attached color pallete.
