Flyer Design Brief

I need to develop a professionally designed "one-pager" for a new independent school opening in the Alexandra Township in South Africa in 2015. Alexandra is one of the poorest communities in South Africa and our aim is to bring a university preparatory education to this community. The school will open with kindergarten students and will expand each year until we reach grade 12. I would like for the file to be in a format that I can easily edit in the event that the information that I provide in the attachment changes or should I choose to utilize the format for an additional flyer.

The document needs to be designed as an A4 paper sized document as opposed to the standard size used in the United States.
