Logo Design Brief

Simple logo that includes a design with four parts/pieces. I am a physician specializing in low carb high fat lifestyles but my approach focuses mainly on 4 things (nutrition, sleep, stress or mental health, activity). I commonly use analogies of someone’s journey being a trek through mountains so a graphic of four mountains is one idea I am interested in.
