Billboard Design Brief

I am looking for a very unique design with a catchy slogan, I am looking for billboard so good that will make the front page of the newspaper. I want to target customers that are looking for diamond jewelry or diamonds in general. For sure not interested in anything that is genetic or been used in the past. I want the billboard to stand out and very unique. Text not more than 3 words, our logo and an image.
