Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new business named "Accelerate IMPACT Teams"
The business works with leaders and teams to improve their results through workshops, facilitated planning sessions, etc. Teams in this case are teams in a corporate or business setting. It could also be corporate or non-profit boards. NOT sports teams.

The final design needs to convey the idea of teams working together to reach breakthrough results (revenue for example).

IMPACT is an acronym representing the characteristics of a high-performing team who goes through this process.
