Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my website, business card, brand, that captures my name or initials to promote my name and what I do. I do shoulder surgery primarily, but also "sports medicine". Strength, health, happiness, cure, vitality....I am part of a bigger group whose logo can be seen as the green diamond at www.scoi.com. I have thought about combining a J and B into a similar diamond shape but didn't love it. Consider referencing that logo, but can also do something completely different if that works better. The design should be simple, eye-catching, not too detailed, generally conservative with a touch of flair is ok. "that doctor is a professional, confident and knows what he is doing..." Favorite colors: blues, blue with gray, blue with white, red/white/black combo, blue/gold
