Trade Show Booth Design Brief

Trimauxil is part of an animal health company based in Florida. We are in need of a professional who can finish to print ready from the rough draft booth backdrop design we created and bring it to life! We are going for the generic person look in draft but not a cartoon look. We need the backdrop to maintain a professional feel, while still being inviting and fun. The items on the shelves are placeholders for real products and marketing material that will be placed there, so don't worry about editing those. We need a designer who can create a expert level version of a woman in basic scrubs (veterinary technician/vet) with the hero shadow behind them (and our emblem on the shadow), an attractive placement and visual appeal of the wording on the left side, an attractive placement and visual appeal of the wording in the header on the top right side, and a dog on a vet office (floor) animal scale that flows with the woman/hero. Attached you will find an Adobe Photoshop file and a pdf of our rough draft. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Below are our notes from last meeting on this draft:

NOTES:
1) Organizationally, we like the "Be a Hero" on top right being most prominent message with Trimauxil logo being on left and smaller; thinks it draws people in; we were all in agreement that our mock up still needs graphic artist’s touch but from a “hierarchy perspective” we like the location and flow of ideas from Hero concept on right to weight loss solution on top shelf to the tools/specifically app on second shelf

2) Shelves – We like Proven Weight Loss tagline and product being on top shelf, tools/Nutritional Consult Made Easy on second shelf, and Nutritional Consult focus and that its specific to app; nicely conveys Trimauxil can help you be a hero, make a difference, banner tells viewers it’s weight loss related, shares with them a tool (the app) so Banner is cohesive and has simple message; serves purpose of drawing people in – They would read and say “hey, I want my life to be easy, I want to learn about this!”

2a) Suggest giving designer input to “frame in” this shelf area/left side of banner i.e. make sure designer understands that the product/app/brochures/phone on shelf and shelves themselves are real (ie not part of printed banner) so that they understand that that the printed half of the banner needs to balance out that aspect of the design

2b) We like the watermark and feels it anchors that side of the banner; reinforces without being in your face; again we need to work with designer but the concept is good

3)Graphics –
3a) We agree that designer/graphic artist should work on head of person in scrubs – current is too juvenile/cartoonish, youthful; should maintain a smiling/happy expression

3b) We agreed that designer/graphic artist needs to fix the superhero shadow to soften muscles to not so less masculine; also needs to match the head of what we come up with for the main person

3c)We agree that designer/graphic artist needs design a dog that matches style of the person in scrubs that is generated; mid to large size dog ideal but does not need to be breed specific; more mixed breed might be more universal anyway; Wouldn’t make too dramatic; agrees with our potential idea of dog being obsese with the dog’s shadow being trim but really depends on the execution of this concept and if too busy or takes away from the superhero shadow; shares our view that first choice is an average size graphic dog but a second choice to mock up would be obese dog with trim dog shadow
