Requirements

Must have

• Please include the group photo and our logo in your design. We want the card to say Happy Holidays from the Physicians and Staff at Bay Area Heart. I need to have a blank white space in the bottom right corner of the back of the card measuring at least 3 1/2 inches in width and 3 inches in height for address and postage to be placed.

Nice to have

• Please put clinic name, address, phone, fax, and web address on card.

Should not have

• Must not say Merry Christmas.
