Logo Design Brief

I'm moving and taking on more staff and looking for a bit of a re-brand.
Ad, the Kane logo that you did for me is just my style. I'm looking for something just as unique, but perhaps a bit less edgy for the clinic. A logo to be etched on our frosted glass counter front? I'll add a file of what we currently have... I'm hoping for something clever and refined... not spa-like. More industrial; rock and roll; appealing to millennials and men.
My space is a large wood cabin with high ceilings and exposed duct work and trusses; lofts and done in accents of black with bold colour pops throughout.
