Illustration Design Brief

I need a personalised design that can be laser cut and depicts my favourite parts of Australian Nature - Gumtrees, Cockatoos and Working Dogs. The final design will be lasered from aluminium and used to produce a gate for my driveway entrance.
The finished size of the pattern will be 4000mm (4 Metres) wide x 1500mm (1.5metres) high. This will be split into 3 sections for manufacturing but does not have to be a feature of the design.
I have attached a very rough sketch on a PFD (please let me know if this cannot be opened as it contains most of the information and pictures) along with some other pictures for inspiration. The Picture entitled "Florence Broadhurst Cockatoos" should be the main source of inspiration, I LOVE cockatoos (Australian bird) and they must be a key feature! What I do not like about this design is the large leaves separating the birds, I'd prefer a more Australian gum tree leaf (pictures for reference are included).
The finished design should look as follows:
A large gum tree (similar in shape to the picture provided but with different leaves) sprawled out across the whole frame.
The middle section at the top should be solid with the words "10 MORETON BAY COURT" cut in.
At either side of the base of the tree should be a dog, one sitting looking out, and one standing looking up into the tree. The pictures I've attached are Australian Cattle Dogs (sometimes called Blue Heelers) it is very important that the finished design captures this breeds personality.
The foliage of the tree should be interspersed with many playful cockatoos. I have attached a few pictures showing them in different poses for inspiration.
