Talent By Design is a company that designs and delivers leadership and training and development programs for companies that want to develop their employees.

The Target Market / Audience you are trying to reach:
Companies in the private sector and nonprofits that are fairly large in size but may have outdated skills and want to develop their soft skills.

Design Specifics; any preferences or ideas for Style, Colour, Imagery, etc.
I gave some samples. Something that is clever incorporating Talent By Design (with the design part looking more artistic. We will do doing a lot of writing)

After I get a logo i would want to work with the same designer to design 3 templates for me: Powerpoint, workbook, 1 pager sell sheet. So it could turn into a bigger project.
