3D Design Brief

BEAD is an AI-based system that analyzes, optimizes and operates your building’s energy management, marketing strategies and operations by measuring real-time occupancy data.
BEAD sensors analyze human behaviors and occupancy changes inside the building. Next, with the use of BEAD software, occupancy cycles, movements, and density change information can be collected. This information, in turn, helps you to develop marketing strategies, optimize operations and increase energy efficiency without breaching user comfort.

The device needs to be 3cm x 3cm size
It will have a battery and will stick on the wall
The design of the device can be changed. Designer is free
The samples attached are the old version which is very very bad :)

The second device is the modem of the BEAD which sends data to the cloud. It is installed in energy panels of buildings. the size needs to be 90mm x 160mm hight needs to be not more than 100mm. the picture is enclosed

BEAD is used in commercial buildings and therefore it needs to be nice in design but also needs to be resistant to bad conditions

Must have

• The BEAD Sensors needs to have small hols to get air inside the sensors
• the top part of the BEAD sensor needs to have opaque
• BEAD modem needs to be slim and rounded design with different USB entering points . Model needs to have an eletric plug input
• The main color is black for both and we want to use purple as well like in our websites

Nice to have

• a design which shows the value of the device and has a futuristic design
• The sensors needs to be small 3x3 cm
• The BEAD modem dimensions are given above

Should not have

• simple design
