Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my new company based in Brussels (Belgium).

Company is called 'Nexus'.

I'm delivering IT SOLUTIONS to SMBs and my wife is busy with REAL ESTATE projects.

I'm looking for a logo usable in different variations :

1) 'NEXUS' main logo
2) 'NEXUS IT SOLUTIONS' variation
3) 'NEXUS REAL ESTATE' variation

The design and color(s) of the logo should reflect seriousness/quality of service. Logo should also make customers feel there are in good hands. It should not be too complex.

• Word 'NEXUS' should be easily readable.
• Logo design should be easily memorable.
• Logo should reflect seriousness/quality of service and customer care.
• Design should be ELEGANT!

Nice to have

• An idea would be to incorporate an element that would permit to identify the REAL ESTATE business from the IT business (for example a little house /roof for the REAL ESTATE business and small electronic circuits for the IT business).
• This should remain VERY DISCREET and this is NOT MANDATORY (it is just an idea)

Should not have

• Not too complex.
• Not too 'flashy'
