Web Design Brief

We need to adapt an existing eBay template to be 100% responsive and mobile friendly. Due to eBay rules, the template would need to be implemented only using HTML and CSS (no Javascript). The template design files and HTML/CSS files are required for this project. We prefer that it is implemented using a responsive framework such as Bootstrap.
