Logo Design Brief

I want a logo that incorporates the company's new URL and tagline
I'd like to see the base name: ProbateCash (all one word, capital P and C) and the base name as URL (which we control) "ProbateCash.com"

We are also playing with the two different taglines
'The Probate Fastlane"
"Days. Not Years."

I have uploaded (as PPT and PDF) some sample expressions of the name and tag lines.

The business: We are rebranding Fair Funding Partners (now at www.FairFundingPartners.com) as ProbateCash.com. The business operates in the USA only. ProbateCash.com provides upfront cash to people who will be entitled to receive a payout from an inheritance, but do not want to wait the months or years it can take to complete a probate court process for settling estates and distributing proceeds to heirs. ProbateCash.com figures out what the heir is likely to receive and when, pays a fraction of that in cash in a matter of days and that waits and receives a portion of the payout months or years later when the process is completed.

We've secured the name and URL ProbateCash.com
We need a logo.
Given the subject matter, (death and inheritance) we can not be funny or whimsical. We need to look simple, solemn, straightforward, and professional; but NOT morbid or funereal.
