I see people are still paying top dollar for unoriginal and plagiarised designs.

Well, I decided to pay for the logo that resonated with my team. If it’s plagiarized then that’s unfortunate. It’s simple and clean and meets our needs. Too bad that you’re obviously offended by it.

Ofcourse you and your team would like the logo mark, it is a great concept. But it's also a stolen design. And yes it's unfortunate, for you. Hoping for your sake the company the owns this logo does not see it and sue you for using their logo design. Copyrighting this logo might become difficult for you. Only thing that is offending is that these so-called desigers are just google searching logo's, tracing them and selling them as their own artwork. I myself aren't the least bit offended that another "designer" sumbitted a winning design. The best design is ultimately the winning design, I have been working as a graphic designer for long enough to applaud a design better than mine, infact it's inspiring . But when clients are not educated in these type of rip offs, it's quite sad to see them paying for designs that was a mere copy of an original great idea. Anyway, it seems like you don't care if your brand image is a copy. So congratulations or paying for a logo that is already being used by another company.
