Banner Ad Design Brief

We do business development and consulting for Trades and Construction businesses and we need a banner for our website landing page.Our clients are medium to large businesses (of 20-100+ staff) who work in the construction industry and are predominantly trades people. We need our banner to be relatable and attractive to this kind of demographic. We are hoping to see some vibrant designs and colour schemes, with the final design indicating that the business owner feels successful, free and happy. The designer can feel free to use stock images or their own personal design to achieve the above.
