New construction of 284 apartments project in 2 blocks, each of 8 above-ground floors plus 7 commercial units (shops) at ground floor level.

Commencement December 2018, build period 3 years.

Location: Lisbon - within existing environmentally designed urban development area near city centre.

Services: Existing facilities (hospitals, schools, community centre, playgrounds etc., in immediate vicinity).

Infrastructures: Complete and operational, close to Metro station, bus services, close to main road arteries and motorway.

Environment: Adjacent to spacious city gardens, lake and public open-space park and leisure areas.

Properties: Mix of apartments from studios to 4 bedroom units.

Standard: Medium level specification, high quality construction standards to modern designs.

Target Market: Domestic (Portuguese), predominantly 25 to 50 years age range.

Note : HERA - Greek Goddess - In Portuguese translates as the plant IVY (Species: Hedera).
