Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Coeur D Alene Idaho called CDA Cottage Co. We build and rent executive housing where all of our homes are LEED platinum green builds. We have another company called Active Wets Builders, that builders houses that are for sale. The logo attached below if for this company. I also attached a few of our neighborhood logos to give an idea of what look we like.
