Logo Design Brief

For my Microsoft Power BI user group, I'm looking for a logo to put on stickers, polo shirts, mails, pull up banners and website. The logo can differ for each one due to the format, but in the grand scheme it should stay recognizable.
One of the logo's will also be used at a free local and virtual conference that the user group organizes several times per year.
The only specific thing i have in mind are the colors black and yellow (look at www.powerbi.com), although even for that I'm flexible.


This is the logo I currently use for the conference we organise, that might give you an idea of the required size.
