Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Seattle based decking company. We construct new decks and remodel old decks. We specialize in cedar and alternative decking, such as composite and PVC decking. We would like to see a design that actualy represents what we do. Our current logo is a house roof line, and we don't do roofing! I have seen flooring company logos that incorporate some planking in the design that I like.
