Logo Design Brief

I'm looking to have someone create a crest that we can have and pass down for generations to come. I would like it to combine a modern feel with images that conjure up how people typically think of crests- so a mix of current and more ornate (think tassels, a center shape to the crest with detail around it, a fabulous letter G, gems, etc)

Target Market(s)

Our family but we will be using it on clothes, hats, notepads, stickers, etc

Requirements

Must have

• A fabulous look to it that mixes modern with traditional elements of a crest from generations ago

Nice to have

• We would like a black version but perhaps also a hot pink version as that color represents our family! The photo I attached is just one little idea with the ribbons and tassels and jewels/gems but by no means my only idea! I like the gems because they add some "fancy"!

Should not have

• Should NOT look like a company/business logo- it is a CREST for a family
