Logo Design Brief

Lakeside Village is a mixed- use development on the shores of Lake Grapevine. The development includes shops, restaurants, a hotel and single family homes. Located in Flower Mound, Texas, we want the logo to communicate elegance, exclusivity, urban meets nature. We want a simplistic logo with a unique and elegant font. We would also like a simple picture of a sunset setting over the lake. I have attached a picture for reference and coloring. It might be nice to convey the village aspect in our logo. Maybe depict a small building in the foreground, but I would like to see options with no buildings as well. The main focus should be a beautiful sunset over a lake with an elegant font below. We want to communicate a fun, interactive, walkable and elegant community that is centered around the unique and beautiful lake views.

Must have

• "Lakeside Village" text with a beautiful, eye catching and elegant font.
• A beautiful sunset over a lake. The attached picture of the lake is the image that communicates the main attraction of our development. We would like similar colors used.

Nice to have

• Sunset over the lake. I envision this being on top of the words "Lakeside Village". buildings might look good/ might not. This is a village so it should communicate a small town vibe.
