Logo Design Brief

We are a public school in Germany that needs a logo. We are just a little school with very limited budget run by the Saarpfalz County.
We have students from 5th to 13th grade.
Our name is: "Gemeinschaftsschule Neue Sandrennbahn"

The School motto is: "Lernen mit Herz, Hand und Verstand" (Learning with hart, hand and mind). The meaning is, that we offer individual assistance and want students to have more flexibility and equal opportunities in pursuing their school qualification.

I have attached our current logo.
It has 4 puzzle pieces and the text says:

Lernen (learn)
Herz (hart)
Hand (hand)
Verstand (mind)

If you want to use this text that's fine but you don't need to.
Logo text is not a must, I know two long words don't make it easy to integrate the text.
