Flyer Design Brief

We need a single page (front and back) real estate project flyer for our EB-5 immigration investment business. The final design should communicate a well structured investment project destined for success and providing stability and financial safety. I provided some other project materials as reference and a old flyer we tried to design ourselves.

Must have

• luxury and high end design appealing to wealthy real estate investors who happen to be international (Indian, Chinese, Brazilian and Vietnamese are core markets).
• Luxury look is a must, simple delivery, its a simple take-away flier designed to just be a giant business card so it doesnt need to sell the story alone all by itself. Just be attractive enough to get an email or call back.
