Logo Design Brief

I need a Logo for a new company called Sea Breeze Home Design. Services provided include Home Staging/ReDesign/Curb Appeal/Consultation. It will also be used on a website, t-shirts and hats so the fonts need to be easy to read but of a modern look. The color combination is Light Turquoise/Navy Blue/White. In terms of overall design, I prefer a streamlined, clean modern, professional look.
While the company name has a coastal influence would prefer to keep it simple and incorporate a "breeze" symbol
