Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a global non-profit based in Brussels called Metabolism of Cities. We are a group of young and future-oriented researchers developing online and open source tools and services to help cities to reduce their environmental footprints (creation of dashboards, educational materials, awareness campaigns). For more info please see http:/www.metabolismofcities.org
We want a simple and clear design (something easily recognisable from afar) that is rather abstract and could convey different levels of meanings and readings. What we mean with that is that we would like to firstly see an abstract design visual but when one looks closer he/she can see another meaning related to what we do.
Our current logo, see uploaded file, shows a city highline with two circular flows. But we feel it is too detailed and too literal description of our topic. We would like the idea of cities either combined with circular flows or combined the idea of a cell (the link with Metabolism).
