Poster Design Brief

Good Day,

My name is Naz and I am working for Jebsen & Jessen Offshore Pte Ltd. We are in the Marine and Offshore industry and based in Singapore.

I have to submit a few A-2 sized poster design samples reflecting our 5 norms to my boss in 40 hours time. So I need your help.

The 5 norms are: (1) Ownership, (2) Positive Mindset, (3) Actions, (4) Teamwork, (5) Honesty.

My company logo can be googled. The corporate colours of the company are blue and grey predominantly and white is occasionally used. But feel free to play with colours. No need to stick to grey, blue and white. The words and headers, you can play with colours too. This poster must be an attention grabber. You can make it look professional yet fun as well.

A few of the poster designs should be build based on the following:
a) 2 liner headers reading the following:
Line 1: Our Winning 5 Norms!
LIne 2: OWNing the P.A.T.H to Tier 1

b) Bottom centre - company's logo

c) Design 1: A winding road (limit to 2 turns) as background and the 5 norms spread vertically along the winding road.

d) Design 2: A circle divided into 5 equal segments and in each segment, the 5 norms.

You should consider highlighting for the initial letter (s) of each word (OWN, P, A, T, H) so that it will reemphasize Owning the Path. Also, attached is a design for the poster that we have on our walls now. I did not scan it properly but I would want a much much better poster.

Please feel free to be creative, especially for the other designs.
