Graphic Design Brief
We need a template for a capability statement (sometimes called a corporate profile) and also a template for tenders. I have an example of the style of document I am looking for for each template. The capability statement can almost be reproduced from my sample (I have it in PDF form, I need it in a form I can make amendments to e.g. Photoshop Elements files or Word). For the tender template it will be similar to the capability statement only with less design elements and a slightly more professional layout.
Don't worry about reproducing the text - just put in sample text that I'll change later. Photos are important but again, just use sample photos that I'll be able to switch out later either in Photoshop Elements or Word.

- For the capability statement please start with the 'Existing Capability Statement' attachment. Unfortunately I only have this in PDF form. Please reproduce this document (we are reasonably happy with how it looks currently) and improve it (we welcome any improvements to the current layout). To make improvements please compare our Existing Capability Statement attachment with the Example Capability Statement attachment. The capability statement template that you make will likely be 80% of the work.
For the tender template please use the capability statement as your starting point. Only, please wind back the design elements to a much more minimal level. As an example see the Example Tender document attachment. This isn't a great looking tender document but you can see that if has much less design than the capability statements as it is much more focused on text.

Nice to have
- Just a quick note on the tender document. I quite like in the example tender document I uploaded the change in format from page 22 when the document moves on to completed projects. It is a little more creative in design (looks a little more like the capability document).
It would be nice to have something similar.
