Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo that encompasses our name, hospitality, fun, and vacations. We would love the color blue in it along with nautical color scheme, lines and themes. We are running short term rentals (Airbnb houses) in Baltimore, MD. We are both from coastal areas (Maine and Florida) and have sailing experience and currently live in the coastal region of Maryland. Having a consistent theme of marine and coastal lifestyle is important to our properties, and thus we want to have this thread weave through our company's presence online and throughout our properties. We liked "spinnaker" as a reference to sailing in smooth waters (and good sailing conditions). We have attached some images of logos and photos that include bold colors and shapes of spinnaker sails and other sailing images. We would like our logo to reflect the nautical theme as well as invite our guests to enjoy "smooth sailing", fun, hospitable, and comfortable accomodations during their visit.

Target Market(s)

We host anyone from ages 21-80. We are also looking to expand our business to accumulating other properties, including the management of properties; the market would be 30-80 homeowners in that case.
