Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for myself as I now run my own business offering HR consulting and coaching in change management, team building and coaching for performance and growth. This logo will then be used for my business cards and Facebook business page initially, and then a website. I would like to see designs that convey freshness, vitality, energy, optimism, happiness, inspired, success. Colours that appeal to me are in the winter palette like bright pink, cherry red, royal blue.
