Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our gambling project called "Bearded Joker". We stream casino games in YouTube and post review articles on our site.
Our target group is Gulf countries and we want to show arabic culture in our logo (like Arafat scarf).
We've some prototype idea but want something professional. And our prototype shouldn't example for you, we'll great to see a lot of various ideas.

Please take attention regarding fonts and use something in "gambling" style (lights and neon lines, light signals and other gambling elements).

Prefered logo colors: black, white, gold or combination of these colors.
Prefered text colors: red, gold, neon, white or combination of these colors.
