Graphic Design Brief

We are needing an attractive print to be placed on reusable shopping bags, which are used for promotional purposes. The shopping bag will have our logo on it on the bottom, but I am looking to design a meme - one that is catchy but classy. We are a mental health organisation and one main objective is to break down barriers and stigma. We are called "The Shrink Company". The meme should include the following sentence - "I've been Shrink-ed up!". The bag colour is as attached. The image should be large enough to fill the majority of the bag surface, although vector files should allow it to be resized to fix. This is not a logo design. It’s a design for artwork for a promotion material (ie the shopping bag). The company logo will be placed on the bag separately. Please do not incorporate the company name (ie The Shrink Company) in your design. Only incorporate “I’ve been Shrinked Up!” in the design.

UPDATE 8 Sept 18 - i've added in a file to give example of how it should look. This is only a rough sketch as I just used Word to do it, but of course it should look better.
