Logo Design Brief
I need a clean logo that is geared to law enforcement and emergency management (i.e. government) personnel. The "EM" in emergent stands for Emergency Management so that should stand out either in color contrast or font. This logo is primarily for web use and will be most likely be used at a 720x240 pixel resolution. I will need room to add client specific names (e.g. SF-UASI) that will be either an overlay or off to one side/diagonal/below. The website is used to track multiple sensor assets on a mapping interface and the results of the sensor network is to provide a single event over multiple sensor detection events. In other words, the item "Emerges" from the detection network. One can work this into the logo, but I'd rather see a clean logo rather than a busy one. Most likely clean and abstract will win the contest.

Requirements
Must have
- Clean Design. Will work with dark background primarily but could be inverted to light background.
Nice to have
- Abstract concept to tie network sensors to an emergent detection of an event. This detection would be communicated from the network to the agency (e.g. SF UASI in the attached layout).
Should not have
- Busy designs with lots of detail. This will be confusing and will not work well in smaller header deployments.
