I had a couple of queries. I understand that you require a facebook cover photo but I did not understand the other part completely. Did you want us to only design the screens for your Facebook app OR did you want us to code it too?

I tried to download the sample/source files you reference but they seem not to be at that dropbox location anymore. Are you still looking for designs? If so, can you provide another way to get those files?
