Logo Design Brief

I am an experienced Realtor that works in an established area of Orlando. I have been working in this area for over 10 years. My target audience is home sellers. The area that I work in tends to have very educated upper middle class demographics. Age range is 35 to 55. I want a very simple logo. I have attached a brief mock up that I used to have yard signs printed recently. The logo has to be stacked or able to be printed in a square (as attached).
I have branded myself and my name over the last 10 years. You will notice in the sample I am uploading that the brokerage logo is very small compared to my name. I do that so if I decide to move offices I can change the logo effortlessly and not have to make a change to my branded logo.
I like black and white as the contrast jumps out. The Keller Williams logo is red. This seems to work together. I am open to other color suggestions.
*I do not want an image or impression of a house worked into the logo. I want it very clean and directed to an educated audience.
