Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new fitness studio which will become an exclusive club known as Iron Reach. It is designed for people who are invested in fitness to transform their life, and raise their performance and reach their full genetic potential. For the casual visitors, the main products for them are full body transformations, and for the dedicated athletes, we have specialisations for powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and other performance based sports. I would like to see designs that use black and gold, or any other combinations to represent exclusivity in combination with stoicism. Can be full name or just use initials (IR). I would love the design to reflect strength, power, potential and determination.
