Graphic Design Brief

I need a logo or graphic for a Podcast idea I have called
The Business-Collective with Terry Fletcher. It is to show an employee how to go from employee to consultant. The podcast will discuss everything from putting their voice out there, public speaking, social media marketing, building their brand, and having the discipline to be an entrepreneur. This is also focused on the medical field. Not solely, but that would be my target audience.

Must have

• Good Visuals and colors for eye catching pick up, if I choose to make it a website at some point the colors need to work, strong and business theme, female tone but not too whimsy

Nice to have

• medical field logos, a play off my website would be nice, www.terryfletcher.net I am in Southern Ca so anything beachy or waves also would be a nice play on my local

Should not have

• no pink or purple in the graphic.
