Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new real estate company based in Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas called Caza Group and Caza Properties. Caza translated to English is "hunt" (hunting for properties, hunting for opportunities, etc.). Caza is a real estate investing firm, focused on foreclosures, distressed properties, and renovations. I'd like to see designs that use red and black. The design should focus on the word Caza so it can be utilized for the two entities and future subsidiaries.
