We are a veteran owned and operated property services company. We offer commercial & residential pressure washing, carpet & upholstery cleaning, painting services, and landscaping. As well as small handyman projects for home or property owners. This brochure is to place in homes for sale or being sold, to offer "Refresher" packages to provide services to new property owners or sellers. I want brochure to be black, with white lettering done in the papyrus font, just like company logo.
