Brochure Design Brief

I would like to design a 6" x 6", 2-sided, four color hang tag for our sleep sofas. This tag will get attached to the product in the factory before it ships to retailers or consumers. It requires a grommet hole at the center top of the tag. I have attached a powerpoint .pdf of a concept but need you design expertise to make it look outstanding.
