The information for the flyer is in my brief.  The background is this is a watch party that I host annually for friends and business partners. Any text is fine. Flyer must be 650 pixels wide & it can be any length.

Dear Project Owner,

It seems before deadline this project is closed, I would like to submit my design options as well. I would like request you to extend the deadline, so we can submit out best design options.

My apologies everyone. Yes I did select a winner prior to the deadline. I will not do that again, sorry if any feels their time was wasted. Lesson learned for me: Allow the deadline to close-out.

This goes out to all the designers, who have been complaining because my design was selected before the deadline!

Its not because my design was selected, that I am saying this. But this is what I beleive - Time is money. If you took extra time to complete the project and waited till the deadline to upload your design; ITS YOUR FAULT. Dont blame the contest holder for selecting a design earlier than the deadline. You had the same amount of time that I had for designing my prize winning design. Good luck with other projects.
