Business Card Design Brief

Two types of business cards:
square and rectangle.

SQUARE
Square versions will not be specific to a person and will just have the clinic information on them. I'd like to have 4-5 options for printing on the back. I am using moo.com, and with that service you can upload multiple designs for the backs of the cards. So - same generic design on the front and different full color pictures with logo integration on the back. We have not selected final photos yet, but I will upload a couple to use for mock-ups.

RECTANGLE
These will be specific to providers. I would like to be able to switch out the name, title, and email address on my own (I can use photoshop or illustrator to do this) so that when we get new providers it is quick to get them cards. The rectangle cards could have multiple designs on the back as well. I am uploading examples of our OLD cards with our OLD logo.

Current logo will be uploaded as well.

I will upload high res photos to use as well as the setup template from the printer.
