Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a complex, somewhat realistic, and feminine logo design that includes an Espadin Agave plant, an Agave Pina, and a peacock. My concept is that the peacock is silhouetted by both the Pina and the Agave plant leaves. Our desired color palate includes green, blue, pink, and purple. The final product should communicate youth, femininity, and celebration. There should be no words on the logo; this is purely an illustration.
I have included a rough design concept, a previous artist's work, and some additional images to convey the 'feeling' that I am targeting.
Some items that I am looking to AVOID:
-An aggressive look from the peacock,
-Dark ominous colors
-a design that is too simple, much like the attached purple design.
