Business Card Design Brief

I'm a Realtor in Vancouver, BC. There are 10,000+ other Realtors in Vancouver, so I need a business card that distinguishes me from the others, something edgy yet classy. The card will be the basis for most of my future marketing efforts and will act as the foundation for branding/marketing, to include; feature sheets, postcards, letterhead and other print material.

I specialize in both detached houses and townhomes/condos.

I've attached files for previous business card. I've also attached a more recent photo to be used on the card.

Home Buyers and Sellers. Age range is 18-52, newlyweds and/or young families.

• 2 sided business card with all appropriate information. I won't be using my last name as part of the title since I find people are more curious about my ethnicity than that I'm a Realtor.

  Social Medial Links similar to existing card.

Nice to have

• Would like to see my existing card with the updated picture of myself and the "condos" in the background replaced/removed.
