Logo Design Brief

We are a residential real estate team serving South Puget Sound in WA and in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Need a contemporary, minimal design that easily displays "Northwest" and another version "Southwest" for our 2 locations.

Keep in mind this logo will be placed on 24x36 signage so the font needs to be clearly visible.

If the logo and business card design goes well, we would like to rebrand all of our signage, social media sites and more.

Requirements

Must have

• We like turquoise with charcoal gray - possibly an accent color of lime green or another of the designers choosing. Open to seeing other color palettes. Prefer minimalistic designs with illustrated text

Nice to have

• Would like to see an illustrated play on words of either the word "home" or "guide"
• Ideas: a graphic depicting the word "guide" like a pointing sign or the letters H&G forming the shape of a house OR symbolic graphics like a compass would be cool to see!!!

Should not have

• Boring real estate logo design with rooflines or shape of a home - unless it is very unique!
