Brochure Design Brief

We are looking to have some collateral designed that includes a nice letter size pocket envelope with our logo and then an insert that includes a one-pager about the company. The pocket envelope should be eye-catching but also simple and clean. The insert should include the information we've included under the "Must Have" sections.
