Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a real estate company based in Dover, MA USA called Pointer Properties. We sell homes, commercial properties and work with leases. We are based outside of Boston in a wealthy town known for horse farms and land conservation along with the large homes. We want to market to all types of buyers and sellers, but keep a sophisticated and classy feel. A lot of people move to the towns outside of Boston for their schools and to raise a family while working in Boston. We need a logo for Real Estate Signs so it needs to look go scaled to all sizes. We will use the logo on our new website www.pointerprop.com and for business cards. We would like to use the outline of a German Shorthaired Pointer which is the type of dog we have. We like the idea of "on point" which is when the dog finds the prey..kind of like finding the house also on point means what the client wanted. Prefer the dog to be brown and dark blues or greens.
