3D Design Brief

We need a stl file of a 3D mini shovel, similar to something used in playgrounds for kids.

We will be using this as a scoop for a laundry powder detergent.

The length overall needs to be 3.5 inches max.

The shovel's volume should be 20 mL. We want an angle like in the attached picture with the red shovel. The shape should be more like the green/yellow shovel in the attached picture.
