Label Design Brief

Create a unique and compelling Wine Label. I am looking for a distinctive wine label that features an old wood picnic table with two old chairs and a wine bottle sitting on that table. It should be a hand drawing, sort of like pen and ink or charcoal type feeling; not a photograph and not computer cut and paste images! The old wood table is in the shade of, and directly under an old, gnarled olive tree. There are no people, just an inviting rustic picnic table with the two old chairs and the ancient olive tree overhead. The entire image must work well on a wine label, that measures roughly 3.5 inches across and about 4 inches tall, so it cannot be overly intricate or too small. if you need more from me, simply let me know and I will try and help you with other ideas.

Requirements

Must have

• See attached photos for inspiration, especially about the Olive trees and how I want to have the table and chairs surrounded by the trees. Old wood picnic table, slightly beat up and sort of falling apart. Old, but loved. A bottle of white wine on the table and only TWO old wood French Bistro chairs next to the table. Must have an old gnarled olive tree next to the table and the table would be in the shade of that tree. You feel ensconced in lush, shady Olive trees It should look like a hand drawing, maybe charcoal type or pen and ink or marking pen type look. I'm thinking black and white, but I am definitely open to colors.
• Label should say: Los Olivos Wines 2017 Chardonnay Santa Rita Hills AVA
• Please see the photos I attached to the project brief. The idea is that the table is under the canopy of the olive trees so that the whole thing feels like you are in an Olive Grove, lavendar in the foreground and no bricks, no house, no other structures. you are just out in a big Olive Orchard

Nice to have

• The label size is roughly 3.5 inches wide and 4 inches tall. The image will be horizontal. It should be a crisp image, sort of like an illustration, definitely not a painting. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Should not have

• no computer generated graphics. No cut and paste images. It should NOT be a photograph or photo realistic
